libtool.m4 (_LT_ENABLE_LOCK <ld -m flags>): Remove non-canonical ppc host match.
* libtool.m4 (_LT_ENABLE_LOCK <ld -m flags>): Remove non-canonical
ppc host match. Support little-endian powerpc linux hosts.
Regenerate configure throughout.
