libgcov-driver.c (run_accounted): Make global level static.
* libgcov-driver.c (run_accounted): Make global level static. (gcov_exit_merge_summary): Silence warning; do not clear run_accounted here. (gcov_exit): Clear it here. From-SVN: r204993
