Delete obsolete SDB debug info support.

	* tree.c (copy_node): Clear TYPE_SYMTAB_DIE instead of

	(TYPE_SYMTAB_IS_POINTER): Delete.
	(TYPE_SYMTAB_IS_DIE): Renumber.
