libphobos: Add target-zlib to top-level configure
Removes the building of zlib from within libphobos, using instead the
libz_convenience.a library.

* src/Makefile.am: Remove ZLIB_CSOURCES and AM_CFLAGS.
* src/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
