The BAB7xx boards are almost deceased. They cause build warnings, an
it's not worth the effort to fix these. Remove the dead body.

Old, obsolete and duplicated code was cleaned up and replace by the
new partitioning method. There are two possible approaches now:
* define a single, static partition
* use mtdparts command line option and dynamic partitioning
Default is static partitioning.

- split cmd_boot.c (separate cmd_bdinfo.c and cmd_load.c)
