staging: octeon: fix coding style warnings for block comments
The Linux kernel coding style suggests starting every line in a block comment with an asterisk and finishing the block comment with */ on a separate line. This patch fixes those warnings, clearing all warnings and errors in this file, as reported by the checkpatch script.
