ARM: sun9i: debug: support earlyprintk on UART4
The A80-uQ7 module uses UART4 as its external UART (i.e. as the one
UART exposed through the Qseven-compliant pinout). To enable early
debugging, we allow UART4 to be selected for earlyprintk.
