timevar.c (timevar_print): Test ENABLE_ASSERT_CHECKING instead of ASSERT_CHECKING.
* timevar.c (timevar_print): Test ENABLE_ASSERT_CHECKING instead
of ASSERT_CHECKING. Tweak message.
