machine: puma-haikou: add version specifier for linux-tsd recipe
Now that there exists a more recent linux-tsd recipe, an additional
variable needs to be set so that the recipe version to pick is explicit.
Since this is just in the event someone selects the 4.4 kernel (which is
not the default behavior), this is left as a comment.
