rockchip: defconfig: lion-rk3368: cleanups and updates for Lion-v2.0lion-v2019.04
This commit brings a couple of cleanup and updates for Lion-v2.0:
* move SPL stack to 0x80000 (as on Puma)
* support for the Vitesse GbE PHY
* support for the current generation of eMMC
* streamline featureset with RK3399-Q7 (Puma)
* remove BOOTSTAGE measurement
* remove obsolte symbols
