Revert "Bluetooth: h5: Fix missing dependency on BT_HCIUART_SERDEV"
This reverts commit 5824d86b50b8c5f9ecd725f2d74381a23ab1c63b which is commit 6c3711ec64fd23a9abc8aaf59a9429569a6282df upstream. You Ling writes that this config option isn't even in 4.4.y yet, so it causes a regression. Revert the patch because of this.
