[ARM] Enable SMLAW[B|T] and SMLUW[B|T] instruction selection
Added ISelDAGToDAG functions to enable selection of the smlawb, smlawt, smulwb and smulwt instructions for the ARM backend. Also updated the smul CodeGen test and removed the smulw one.
